Trainee - Email Development
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Trainee - Email Development to join our team and build engaging and responsive email campaigns for customers and prospects. The role involves coding using HTML & CSS.
This is an opportunity for candidates keen to build their skills in email development, build and work on live campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibility
- Develop and code email campaigns using HTML & CSS.
- Build responsive email templates based on the specifications provided in formats such as PSD or Sketch.
- Work with email marketing platforms to build, test and execute campaigns.
- Collaborate with multiple project teams to deliver campaigns within the defined timelines.
- Review and test emails to ensure quality, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility across devices.
- Take ownership of the email campaigns and ensure they are delivered with the top-level of quality and accuracy.
Job Specifications & Qualifications
- Good understanding of HTML & CSS.
- Basic understanding of how emails are coded in HTML.
- Basic understanding of responsive email development.
- Good understanding of conditional logics, in any programming language.
- Internship or project experience involving HTML and CSS development / email development is desirable.
- Certification in email development is a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
